PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy explains how Hub Apps Studio (“Service Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you download, install, or use the Fake Call Prank application.
The Application is designed to help users simulate incoming phone calls, set up custom caller profiles, schedule prank call alerts, record custom voice audio clips, and enjoy fun call pranks on Android devices. It provides features such as fake caller ID customization, simulated call screens, audio recording and playback, custom ringtone triggers, celebrity call presets, home screen widgets, notification controls, and call timer scheduling.
1.1 Information We Collect The Application may process limited information that is necessary to provide its features, maintain application performance, display advertisements, analyze usage, and diagnose technical problems.
Depending on the features you use and the third-party services integrated into the Application, this may include device information, Android version, application version, language settings, general technical information, advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID), crash information, and basic usage information.
The Application does not require you to create an account or log in to use its basic fake call and prank features.
1.2 Custom Caller Profiles and Simulated Call Information The Application provides tools for setting up simulated incoming calls, including custom caller names, fake phone numbers, caller profile pictures, character presets, and timer delays.
All custom caller data, fake phone numbers, uploaded avatar images, and prank schedules are processed and stored locally on your device to execute the requested simulation. Your simulated caller details and prank configurations are not treated as personal information and are not uploaded to our servers.
The Application is purely an entertainment simulator. It does not place real phone calls, connect to cellular network switches, or route communications through actual telephone carriers.
1.3 Audio Recording and Custom Prank Voices The Application includes features that allow you to record your own audio or assign pre-recorded voice clips to play automatically when a simulated call is answered.
When you use the voice recording feature, the Application processes audio captured through your device microphone. All voice recordings and custom audio files remain stored locally on your device storage. We do not transmit, stream, record, or back up your voice recordings to our servers or any third-party databases.
The Application does not record ambient sounds or private phone calls without your explicit action. Microphone access is utilized strictly when you choose to use the built-in audio recorder.
1.4 Custom Ringtones and Local Media Files The Application may allow you to select custom ringtones or local sound files from your device to use as incoming call alert sounds.
When you select a custom audio file, the Application accesses the specific media file path required to deliver local playback during a simulated call. Your personal audio files remain on your device, and the Application does not upload your personal media files to our servers for advertising or analytics purposes.
1.5 Android Permissions The Application may request Android permissions that are necessary for specific features. Permissions requested by the Application may vary depending on your Android version and the features enabled.
Microphone Permission (RECORD_AUDIO): Requested only when you use the built-in audio recorder to record custom voice clips for prank playback.
Media or Storage Permissions (READ_MEDIA_AUDIO / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Requested to allow you to select custom ringtones or pre-recorded audio files stored on your device for incoming call alerts.
Notification Permission: On Android versions that require notification permission, the Application may request notification access so that it can provide scheduled call alerts, service notifications, or widget controls. Notification permission is not used to read your private messages or notifications from other applications.
Foreground Service & System Overlay Permissions: Used to keep scheduled timers active in the background and display the simulated incoming call screen on top of other applications when triggered.
Internet Permission: The Application may require Internet access for features such as displaying advertisements, receiving application configuration, analytics, crash reporting, or other online services. Internet access may also be required to verify purchases or subscriptions if premium features are offered.
1.6 Home Screen Widgets The Application provides home screen widgets that allow you to trigger scheduled fake calls or apply preset call timers without opening the Application.
The widget may communicate with the Application to apply timer settings and trigger simulated call screens.
The widget does not independently collect personal information.
1.7 Background Operation and Timers Selected features, such as scheduled prank call timers, rely on background execution to trigger the simulated call screen at your specified time, even when the Application is minimized.
Background operation may be required for scheduled timers, audio functionality, playback controls, widgets, or notifications.
Android system restrictions, battery optimization, or device manufacturer settings may affect background operation.
1.8 Advertising The free version of the Application may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob.
Advertising providers may collect or process information such as advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, advertising interaction information, and other technical information according to their own policies and applicable laws.

1.12 Ethical Use and User Responsibility The Application is designed exclusively for personal entertainment, non-harmful pranks, and practical convenience (such as providing an excuse to leave an awkward social situation).
