I am an Assistant Professor of Decision Sciences in the Operations and Business Analytics Department at IE Business School. I completed my PhD in Operations Management from Naveen Jindal School of Management, University of Texas at Dallas, under the supervision of Professor Ignacio Rios and Professor Anyan Qi.
My current research focuses on nonprofit operations and donation behavior, focusing on the impact of fundraiser design choices on donation outcomes. Broadly, I am interested in research problems in sustainable and social operations. I primarily use analytical modeling and behavioral experiments to study these questions.
I completed my undergraduate degree from Jadavpur University and graduate degree from Indian Statistical Institute. Before academia, I worked in data science and consulting roles at Anheuser-Busch InBev and Gartner.
