SPRING BREAK WORKOUTS:
Day 1: 10 minute run alternating jogging and sprinting each minute.
Day 2: 10 100 meter sprints. Rest between each one so each one is 100%.
Day 3: 2 mile run.
Day 4: 6 200 meter sprints. Rest between each one so each one is 100%
Day 5: 10 minute run alternating jogging and sprinting each minute.
