HARDSHIP GRANTS

PHS athletic teams as well as the Grad Night Committee may apply for a Hardship Grant.  

The following criteria will be used when considering requests:

1. No more than six (6) Hardship Grants will be made available in one (1) school year.

2. The maximum amount of a Hardship Grant shall be $500 each with the exception of the Grad Night Committee at a maximum of $1000 (based on Booster funds available).

3. A PHS athletic team may not apply for a Hardship Grant two (2) years in a row.

Include the following in your request:

• Program name

• Name & Email of contact for Grant: 

• Requested amount

• Fundraising efforts already attempted

• Option of matching funds (if applicable)

• Defense of the hardship that cannot be met through efforts of the program

Requests will be reviewed at regularly-scheduled Booster meetings except in emergency or short-notice situations.
