Dr. Pradyumn Kumar Arya
I am Postdoctoral Fellow in Mechanical Engineering (ME) department at Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. I have one year experience as Postdoctoral Fellow in Mechanical Engineering (ME) department at Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. I have completed M.Tech+Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering (ME) department at Indian Institute of Technology Indore. My research interest includes Additive Manufacturing, Alloy Design, Ti-based Alloys, High Entropy Alloys, Finite Element Analysis, Dynamic Materials Modeling, Defect Analysis by AI and ML, Friction Stir Welding, and Friction Stir Processing. I am currently working on high-throughput process mapping and microstructural control of metal additive manufacturing, and Data-driven In-situ monitoring system using image processing techniques and machine learning by predicting defects and thermal cycles during the manufacturing process.
