If you have created an account on our app and wish to delete it, you can request account deletion by following the steps below:

We aim to respond to all deletion requests within 5 business days.
Once your request is verified, the following data will be permanently deleted from our systems:
Your personal profile information (name, email, phone, etc.)
Account credentials (username/password or third-party login details)
In-app preferences and settings
Usage history and app activity logs
Any locally stored content linked to your account (if applicable)
Certain data may be retained temporarily or as required by law:
Transaction records (for audit and compliance) – retained for up to 180 days
Anonymized usage data (not linked to your identity) – retained for app improvement
Customer support interactions – retained for up to 90 days
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
If you reinstall the app and create a new account, it will be treated as a new user.
If you used a third-party login (e.g., Google or Facebook), you may also need to remove access from your third-party account settings.
