How Users Can Request Account Deletion

If you have created an account on our app and wish to delete it, you can request account deletion by following the steps below:

We aim to respond to all deletion requests within 5 business days.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Once your request is verified, the following data will be permanently deleted from our systems:

• Your personal profile information (name, email, phone, etc.)
  
  

• Account credentials (username/password or third-party login details)
  
  

• In-app preferences and settings
  
  

• Usage history and app activity logs
  
  

• Any locally stored content linked to your account (if applicable)
  
  

What Data May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained temporarily or as required by law:

• Transaction records (for audit and compliance) – retained for up to 180 days
  
  

• Anonymized usage data (not linked to your identity) – retained for app improvement
  
  

• Customer support interactions – retained for up to 90 days
  
  

Additional Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
  
  

• If you reinstall the app and create a new account, it will be treated as a new user.
  
  

• If you used a third-party login (e.g., Google or Facebook), you may also need to remove access from your third-party account settings.
