You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.  Outside links may be linked to this site as well such as Soothe booking app. Any and all issues or challenges with the Soothe app should be directed to them as this site has no control over anything to do with that app.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of California.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Booking Online :
- Informed Consent: The client confirms they understand the nature of massage therapy, potential risks (e.g., muscle soreness, minor bruising), and that the services are for relaxation/wellness, not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

-Health Disclosure: The client agrees to disclose all known medical conditions, injuries, and medications, and to inform the therapist of any changes in their health status.

- Professional Conduct: The client agrees to maintain appropriate hygiene and conduct. They understand that sessions are non-sexual in nature, and any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, with full payment still required.

- Payment and Cancellation Policies: The client agrees to the specified fees, accepted payment methods, and policies regarding cancellations or missed appointments (e.g., a 24-hour notice requirement to avoid being charged the late cancellation fee of $40.00).

- Privacy: The client acknowledges the collection and use of personal health information for the purpose of providing safe and tailored treatment.

- Right to Refuse Service: The client understands that the therapist reserves the right to refuse or end a session if it's deemed harmful to the client's health or if the client exhibits inappropriate behavior.
