LYSA Practice Field Assignments
Reminders: Please be courteous to others and adhere to the practice schedule. Bleachers should not be moved at any time. To help prevent wear and tear in the goalie boxes, goals may be shifted to the east and west of the fields during practices (where the team benches/spectators are during games). Goals should NEVER be moved onto the main playing areas of the field and should always remain on the sideline. If you would like to change or schedule additional practice times, you must submit this form and the schedule will be updated if we are able to accommodate the request. Thank you! ~LYSA
