Practice Room is designed as a local-first study app. You can use the app without creating an account. The app is intended to keep your question packs, practice history, mistake tags, review plans, and reminder settings on your device.

- Subjects and question packs you create or import.

- Questions, answers, explanations, and knowledge points.

- Practice sessions, answer records, scores, mistake reasons, and review plans.

- App settings, appearance preferences, and reminder settings.

This information is used to provide the app's study, quiz, review, progress, import, export, and reminder features.

## 3. No Account Required

Practice Room does not require account registration. We do not ask you to provide your name, phone number, or account password to use the core study features.

## 4. Local Storage

Your study data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the app or clear app data, your local data may be removed. You can use the app's export feature to create your own backup file.

## 5. Import, Export, and Sharing

If you choose to import a file, the app reads the selected file to add your study content. If you choose to export or share a file, the app creates a JSON file and uses the system share sheet or file tools selected by you. You control where exported files are sent or stored.

## 6. Notifications

If you enable study reminders, the app asks for notification permission and schedules local notifications on your device. These reminders are used only for study prompts and are not used for advertising or tracking.

## 7. Data Collection by Us

Practice Room does not sell your personal information. Practice Room does not include account-based tracking, advertising tracking, or third-party analytics in the local study features described above.

## 8. Third-Party Services

The app may use standard operating system features such as local storage, file picking, sharing, and notifications. Your use of those system features may be subject to Apple and iOS privacy settings.

Practice Room is a general study tool and is not directed at collecting personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can help address the issue.
