I am Prachi Saini, an Institute Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Mathematical Sciences, IISER Mohali, India. My research lies in noncommutative algebra, with a focus on polynomial maps on matrix algebras and Cayley–Dickson algebras, particularly quaternion and octonion algebras. I study the structure of their images, asking when these images form vector subspaces and when the maps are surjective.
