PR-Tracker Terms of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the PR-Tracker mobile application you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to change, modify, or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting, and your continued use of the app signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

3. USE OF THE APP

You agree to use the app in accordance with all applicable laws and not for any unlawful purpose.

4. RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the app.
Reproduce, copy, sell, or resell the app or any part of it.

5. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

6. DISCLAIMERS

The app is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Brevin Blalock be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, revenue, data or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from your access to, or use of, the app.

8. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold Brevin Blalock harmless from any claim or demand, including attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the app, the violation of these Terms by you, or the infringement by you of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

10. MISCELLANEOUS

If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, then that portion shall be severed, and the remainder of the Terms shall be given full force and effect.
