Navigating L.A. Regional Center from a mental health perspective

A presentation by 2 staff from DMH, Bridget Salinas and Lisa Schoyer, and Liz Rodgers, veteran Autism Specialist at Eastern Los Angeles Regional Center. Together, with personal and professional experience, they offer strategies to appropriately refer someone to Regional Center. Included are a tip sheet/script and list of common terms, user-friendly tools/handouts.

This training is free via ZOOM.

This training is open to all team members working with parents, families and children.

This training will provide 2 hours of Parent Partner Continuing Education, and also meets C.E. requirements for SB803 recertification.
