Hosted by the Los Angeles Training Consortium
A data breach isn't just a technical headache; for a mental health agency, it can lead to a loss of trust with vulnerable populations and significant legal complications. This training is designed specifically for services providers who handle sensitive information daily but are not IT professionals. We will break down how to spot digital "red flags" and how to build a "digital deadbolt" around your workspace in simple, everyday language with no complicated tech jargon.
Topics include:
> What is Phishing, Malware, Ransomware—how to spot it and what to do and not do.
> Password safety and best practices
> Digital safety when working out in the field
> Building routines and intuition to keep you and your client’s data safe.
