This presentation equips social service professionals with practical strategies to guide parents and caregivers through the emotions, questions, and adjustments that arise when a youth comes out as LGBTQ+. Participants will learn how to help families address common fears, debunk prevalent myths, and navigate everyday challenges, while providing actionable tools to support parents in building strong, affirming, and empathetic relationships with their children.
