Simon Chadwick

I joined Sheffield School of Architecture in 2012 and I am currently Director of the Undergraduate Programme and Head of Year 3.

Since achieving the RIBA Part 3 qualification in 2000, I have been continuously involved in both architectural practice and education. I have a wide variety of experience in practice, in Scotland and in London, at Foster + Partners, Mark Guard Architects and Michael Laird Architects.

I was Head of Year 2 at the Mackintosh School of Architecture in Glasgow for 5 years, and have taught part-time at Strathclyde University and the University of Nottingham.

Additionally, I have contributed to both undergraduate and masters programmes at The Bartlett UCL, Brighton University, Sheffield Hallam University, the Central Academy of Fine Art in Beijing and the University of Illinois in Chicago.
