These Bylaws set forth the rules and procedures for governance of the Petenwell Pines Property Owners Association (“Association”). They supplement the Association’s Articles of Incorporation and any recorded covenants or restrictions and provide the framework for membership, meetings, Board governance, finances, and amendment procedures.
