Despite these features, PPM offers no guarantee that your account will not be flagged, suspended, or permanently banned by WhatsApp (Meta). Banning depends on various factors, including message frequency, user reports, and account age. You acknowledge that you use our services at your own risk. PPM shall not be held liable for any loss of communication, data, or business resulting from a WhatsApp ban. Users agree not to use PPM software to distribute: Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive content. Malware, viruses, or harmful code. Hate speech or adult content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PPM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms could be according to us. PPM reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our software or deactivate your service ( also after you make the payment )without prior notice if a user is found to be in violation of these terms.
