OffLLM: Local AI is designed to provide a local AI chat experience on Android devices. After a supported AI model is downloaded, chat processing is designed to happen locally on the user’s device. Some app features may still require an internet connection, including model downloads, remote configuration, advertisements, Firebase-related services, analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting, and feedback/contact features.We do not remotely collect chat content. Chat messages and AI responses are processed locally on your device after the selected model has been downloaded, unless you manually share them with another app, service, person, or support channel.
PART 1: TERMS OF USE
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using OffLLM: Local AI, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the App.

Mentioning model names does not mean that Larapp owns, develops, sponsors, or is officially affiliated with those model providers, unless explicitly stated.
3. Local AI Functionality
OffLLM: Local AI is designed to process chats locally on your device after setup and after the selected AI model has been downloaded.
This means that, for normal AI chat use after setup, your messages and AI responses are intended to be processed by the model running on your device.
However, some app features may still use internet services. These may include:
- Downloading AI model files

- Retrieving remote configuration
- Loading advertisements
- Sending feedback
- Firebase-related services
- Analytics, diagnostics, or crash reporting

You should not understand “local AI” or “offline AI” as meaning that the entire App never uses the internet. The App is designed to support local chat processing after setup, but some features may require internet access.

- Complying with applicable laws and regulations
You should avoid entering highly sensitive information into the App, including:

Although chat processing is designed to happen locally after setup, your device may still be affected by operating system backups, malware, screen recording, unauthorized access, cloud backup settings, or other device-level risks.
