Video Cut Review Sheet is designed as an offline video review and quality-assurance tool. The application allows users to create timestamped review notes, track fixes, manage release checklist items, and prepare text summaries for video review workflows.

1. Information We Collect

Video Cut Review Sheet does not collect, transmit, or store personal information on our servers.

The application does not require user registration or an account.

We do not collect:

Names, email addresses, or contact information
Precise or approximate location
Contacts, call logs, or SMS data
Photos, videos, or other media files
Camera or microphone data
Device identifiers for advertising or tracking
Browsing activity
Financial or payment information
Authentication credentials
Advertising data

2. Information Stored on Your Device

Information you enter into Video Cut Review Sheet, such as:

Clip titles
Version and duration information
Timestamped review notes
Issue descriptions
Issue status selections
Release checklist states
Other manually entered review information

is stored locally on your device using the application's local storage.

This information is used only to provide the application's functionality and is not automatically transmitted to PPI Finland Holding 14 Oy.

3. Video and Media Access

Video Cut Review Sheet is a review-note and checklist application. It does not scan your media library and does not require access to your photos or videos for its core functionality.

The application does not access the device camera or microphone.

4. Sharing Review Summaries

Video Cut Review Sheet includes a user-initiated sharing function that can create a text-based summary of review information.

Sharing occurs only when you explicitly choose to use the share function. The application passes the generated text to the Android sharing interface, where you select the destination.

Any third-party application or service you choose to share information with may process that information according to its own privacy policy. We do not control the privacy practices of those third parties.

5. Permissions

Video Cut Review Sheet is designed to operate without sensitive Android permissions.

The application does not require access to the camera, microphone, contacts, location, SMS, phone state, or media library for its described functionality.

6. Third-Party Services

Video Cut Review Sheet does not integrate advertising, analytics, tracking, or external account services.

We do not sell, rent, or share user data with advertisers or data brokers.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Review information remains locally on your device for as long as it is retained within the application.

Because we do not receive or maintain this information on our servers, we cannot remotely access or delete locally stored application data.

You can remove locally stored information by deleting it within the application where such functionality is available, clearing the application's storage through Android settings, or uninstalling the application.

8. Data Security

The application minimizes privacy risks by keeping review information locally on the user's device and avoiding unnecessary collection or transmission of information.

The security of locally stored information also depends on the security of your device and operating system.

9. Children's Privacy

Video Cut Review Sheet is not designed to collect personal information from children. Since the application does not operate a user-account system or collect personal information on our servers, we do not knowingly maintain personal information belonging to children.

10. International Data Transfers

We do not operate a backend service that receives personal information from Video Cut Review Sheet. Therefore, the application does not transfer locally entered review information to PPI Finland Holding 14 Oy for international processing.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the application's functionality, data practices, or legal requirements change.

When changes are made, the revised policy will include an updated “Last updated” date. Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
