It is a non-profit organisation run by volunteers. Every tenant is offered the opportunity to become a member of the co-operative by purchasing a non-interest yielding share. The committee is made up entirely of dedicated volunteers who give their time and expertise to support the work of PPHC. Their primary responsibility is to oversee the strategic running of the Cooperative—guiding long-term planning, ensuring good governance, and helping shape the vision for the future.
While the committee focuses on strategy and oversight, NWHS manages the day-to-day operations. This partnership allows PPHC to operate smoothly and effectively, combining strong volunteer leadership with professional daily management.
Together, the committee and NWHS work to ensure that PPHC continues to thrive and serve our community.
