SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PURCHASES
DocVibe Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold through the Apple App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details — Apple processes all payments.
To manage subscriptions we use Adapty (Adapty Tech Inc.), which acts as a data processor on our behalf. Adapty receives your App Store transaction details, an anonymous app-generated user identifier, your device type, operating system version and App Store storefront country. This is used to validate your purchase, keep your subscription status accurate across your devices, and produce aggregate sales analytics. Adapty's privacy policy: https://adapty.io/privacy
REFUND REQUESTS AND CONSUMPTION DATA
If you ask Apple for a refund for a DocVibe Pro purchase, Apple may ask us for information about how the subscription was used. With your consent, we share "consumption data" with Apple to help them assess the request. This may include how long you have had the subscription, how much you have used the app, whether the purchase was delivered successfully, your account tenure and prior refund history, and your App Store storefront. It does not include your documents, scans, or their contents.
This sharing is optional. You can allow or refuse it at any time in Settings > Refund Data Sharing. Refusing has no effect on your access to the app or any of its features, and does not affect your right to request a refund from Apple.
Where required by law — including in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland — we do not share this data unless you have actively given consent.
