3/13/2025: Dear Former Residents,
We wanted to update you on the Property clean-up process. The Property Owner’s ROE application to the Army Corps of Engineers for Phase 1 and Phase 2 clean-up/debris removal services for the Property was timely submitted. Management and Ownership expect the ROE application to be timely approved with the Property then receiving the benefit of those Phase 1 and Phase 2 services. We are working regularly with federal, state and local authorities to expedite that approval and get the work under way.
We have heard there are rumors that the Property Manager and/or Owner refused to allow EPA access to the Property for Phase 1 work. That is not true. No government agency has ever been denied access to the Property for any reason. Our Property remains eligible for Phase 1 services. While we understand and appreciate your concern about the Property, the ability to get the ROE application approved and the work completed is only slowed down by folks who contact government officials with inaccurate information about the status of the ROE application and/or the ability of government agencies and others to access the Property.
Thanks for your understandable concern about the Property.

2/6/2025: As we continue to accommodate entry to Pacific Palisades Bowl Mobile Estates. Below is a schedule for how entry will be handled for the following week.
Entry to the park will be by appointment only on the days and times below:
Monday 2/10/25 (10am-4pm)
Wednesday 2/12/25 (10am - 4pm)
Friday 2/14/25 (10am - 4pm)
To make your appointment click on link below.
Saturday 2/15/25 Will be open without appointment from 9am -4pm.
Please note that anyone entering the park will be required to sign a waiver or already have one on file.
1/28/2025: Pacific Palisades Bowl Mobile Estates is prepared to facilitate residents entering the park to visit their prior homesite and search for any surviving personal property. Schedule information will be sent to individual email addresses. Please note that entry to the property will only be granted to those who sign a waiver of liability. For those of our residents that have already signed their waiver of liability, we thank you and you will be given priority to enter the park. If you want to confirm that we have your email on file please submit the question through our website https://sites.google.com/view/ppbme/home under the contact us tab, or call our main office at (866) 759-8585.
We understand this can be a difficult time and we will have information on local resources available to you. We will also be providing gloves, masks, buckets and water to help collect any items you would like to recover. Portable restrooms will be provided on site and a place to rest.
1/23/2025: We understand that everyone is eager to go back to the Park. Presently, due to the Park’s current condition, we cannot yet allow access to the Park. We are developing a plan so that residents may safely gain entry soon. Please monitor the website and Facebook account, as these will be the tools we use to communicate with all of you. We appreciate your patience.
Once we are able to provide you access, there will be certain safety guidelines imposed. For example, entrance to the Park will be limited to lease signatories of that space plus one additional support individual. Prior to entering the Park, all persons (lease signatories and their one support person), will be required to sign a waiver and release of liability, which we will provide by DocuSign in advance. Once on site, you will be escorted to your space by a private security team member. During your visit, all persons may only access public roadways, their own space, and a designated zone of the Park nearest your space. In partnership with Lowes, ownership will provide buckets, masks, gloves, and water. Ownership will also provide a place for you to rest as we anticipate the experience of returning to the Park will be challenging in many respects.
Additionally, at this time, Park ownership will not be collecting rent on a go-forward basis. If you have already paid January’s rent, the rent will be refunded to you as soon as the Park ownership is able to do so. Please reach out to management to ensure we have updated contact information.
Our thoughts and prayers remain with you and your families. We will continue to keep you updated as information becomes available regarding access to the park. Please direct any questions to management.
1/10/2025: The owners of Pacific Palisades Bowl Mobile Estates are stunned and saddened at the massive destruction caused by the Palisades and other wildfires in Southern California, including the devastation of our mobile home park. We, like those who resided in the Park, are in shock. We are just beginning to sort out the potential environmental, legal and financial consequences of these sudden and disastrous events. That process is complicated and will take considerable time and involve coordination between many private and public stakeholders. We are at a loss for better words to further convey our best wishes to all who lost everything in these fires. We also wish to express our sincere admiration and gratitude to the first responders who did everything humanly possible to mitigate the damage done by this extraordinary act of nature.
