Dr. Leila Joudane Country Representative, UNFPA Philippines

Before coming to the Philippines, Dr. Leila Joudane served as UNFPA Country Representative  in Iran and UNFPA Assistant Country Director in Tunisia. She played a key role in expanding partnerships, drafting legislation on gender-based violence, and mobilizing resources for UNFPA's mandate. Before her UNFPA tenure, she held a significant position in Tunisia's Ministry of Health. Dr. Joudane holds a medical degree and a Master's in Quality of Care Management from Tunisia.
