This Privacy Policy describes how Retro Classics (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you download and use the App. We built Retro Classics to be a simple, offline arcade collection, and we designed it to collect as little information as possible.

1. Information We Collect

Retro Classics does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. Specifically:

• The App does not require account creation, sign-in, or any personal details (name, email, phone number, etc.).

• The App does not access your contacts, location, camera, microphone, or photos.

• Game progress and high scores, where applicable, are stored locally on your device only and are never uploaded or shared.

• The App does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.

2. Third-Party Services

Retro Classics does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising networks, or data collection SDKs. No data is shared with third parties because none is collected in the first place.

3. Permissions

The App does not request access to sensitive device permissions (such as location, contacts, camera, microphone, or storage) beyond what is strictly required for the Android operating system to run the application.

4. Children’s Privacy

Retro Classics does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Because the App collects no personal data at all, it can be safely used by users of any age.

5. Data Security

Since no personal data leaves your device, there is no server-side data of yours for us to secure or that could be exposed in a data breach. Any locally stored game data (such as high scores) remains under your device’s own security protections and is removed if you uninstall the App or clear its storage.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect new features added to the App. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
