Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the WBuilds for Building Guide app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, developed by Sagar Khurana (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is provided "AS IS".
What information does the Application collect automatically?
The Application automatically collects certain information when you use it, including but not limited to:
Device information: device type, model, manufacturer, operating system version, and unique device identifiers
Network information: IP address, mobile carrier, and connection type (Wi-Fi or cellular)
App usage data: screens viewed, features used, actions taken within the Application, session duration, and interaction events
Crash and performance data: error logs, stack traces, app performance metrics, and diagnostic information
Advertising identifier: Google Advertising ID (Android) or Identifier for Advertisers (iOS) for personalized advertising purposes
The Application does not require user registration or account creation. The Application does not collect names, email addresses, or other personal contact information unless you voluntarily contact the Service Provider.
Does the Application collect location information?
The Application does not directly collect or request access to your device's location. However, certain third-party advertising services integrated into the Application (such as Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network) may infer your approximate geographical location from your IP address for the purpose of serving relevant advertisements. This inferred location data is handled by those third-party services according to their own privacy policies.
Does the Application use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies?
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.
Advertising and Ad Partners
The Application is ad-supported and displays advertisements including banner ads, native ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded video ads. Advertising is served through Google AdMob, which acts as a mediation platform and may serve ads from the following ad network partners:

These advertising partners may collect and use data such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, and app usage information to serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements. You may be presented with a consent dialog (powered by Google's User Messaging Platform) where you can choose whether to receive personalized ads. You can change your ad preferences at any time through your device settings.
In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The Application offers optional premium features through in-app subscriptions. All payment processing is handled by Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS) and by RevenueCat, our subscription management platform. The Service Provider does not directly collect, store, or have access to your payment card details or financial information. RevenueCat processes transaction data including purchase history, subscription status, and pricing information to manage your subscription.
Push Notifications
The Application uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications about new content (such as new building guides). When you allow notifications, the Application stores a device token and may subscribe your device to notification topics (such as "new_builds"). You can opt out of push notifications at any time through your device's notification settings.
Third-Party Services

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Only aggregated and anonymized data is periodically transmitted to the third-party services listed above to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the following circumstances:
As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
With their trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
Data Storage
The Application stores certain data locally on your device, including building guide data, user preferences (such as theme and language), favorites, and viewing history. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to the Service Provider's servers. Analytics, crash reports, and advertising data are transmitted to the respective third-party service providers as described above.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can halt all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.
Additionally, you may:
Opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device's ad settings or responding to the consent dialog when prompted
Opt out of push notifications through your device's notification settings
Opt out of analytics tracking by limiting ad tracking on your device
Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA, and Other Regulations)
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, including:
The right to access the personal data we hold about you
The right to request deletion of your personal data
The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal data (we do not sell personal data)
The right to opt out of personalized advertising
The right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

What is the data retention policy?
Automatically collected data (analytics, crash reports, performance data) is retained by the respective third-party service providers according to their own data retention policies, generally for up to 24 months. Locally stored data (preferences, favorites, viewing history) is retained on your device until you uninstall the Application or clear the Application's data.

Children's Privacy
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Application has child-directed ad treatment configured to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at indiecreatorluck@gmail.com so that they can take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information processed and maintained. Access to this information is limited to authorized employees and contractors who need it in order to operate, develop, or improve the Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

Consent
By using the Application, you are giving your consent to the Service Provider's processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing" means using cookies on a computer/handheld device or using or touching information in any way, including but not limited to collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining, and disclosing information.
