Based on customers’ drawings our R&D team designs and builds the tooling for the applied connectors which include the Interconnection systems to I/O systems connectors to meet customs’ specific applications and make the cable assembly value added.

Starting from IQC for the connectors, wire and cable inspection, first article approval, and then IPQC in mass production, the wires harness and cable assemblies are 100% electric conduction test. Customers’ specific quality test requirements, such as Swing test, Hi-pot test, Salt spray test, are available at customers’ specification requests. Based on ISO 9001, the production engineering sheet, QC record are filed and tractable.
