These Terms govern your use of the Power-Up PCs website and services.
Power-Up PCs offers:
Custom-built PCs
Component sourcing and assembly
Consultation for PC builds
Basic troubleshooting and setup
You acknowledge that you are responsible for providing accurate system requirements and intended use cases to ensure the best configuration for your needs.
We provide a 30-day warranty on all assembly-related issues (i.e., loose connections, improper part installation).
Warranty coverage does not include issues caused by:
User modifications or damage
Software problems
Manufacturer defects
All new PC components are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, where applicable.
Customers are responsible for filing claims with the manufacturer unless otherwise arranged.
We accept payments via PayPal and CashApp. Services must be paid in full before delivery or handoff unless otherwise specified.
Custom Builds: Refunds are not available once parts are purchased, except in the case of a supplier failure.
Service Refunds: Consultation and diagnostic fees are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
If Power-Up PCs cannot complete a build due to part incompatibility or availability, a partial refund may be issued minus any used labor hours or restocking fees.
By using our services, you agree that:
Power-Up PCs is not liable for data loss, third-party software issues, or system failures not directly related to our assembly.
We are not responsible for hardware failures from manufacturer defects once the system is delivered.
Customers assume responsibility for using the PC safely, maintaining ventilation, and not overclocking without proper thermal setups.
Power-Up PCs primarily operates in West Suffield, CT, and surrounding areas. In-person delivery or pickup is recommended. If shipping is required:
Customer assumes risk once the system is handed to the shipping carrier.
Additional charges may apply for packaging, insurance, or long-distance travel.
Any disputes shall first be addressed in good faith via email at gibbs.poweruppcs@gmail.com. If unresolved, legal matters shall fall under the jurisdiction of the State of Connecticut.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
