How much engagement is required throughout the project?

By applying for the project, you are accepting to:
- carry on some preparatory tasks;
- participate in an Online Meeting before the mobility;
- actively participate in a 7-day mobility.
- implement a follow-up activity after the mobility of the project.

We foresee an engagement of at least 10 days (7-day mobility + 2 days dedicated to preparatory tasks, and 1 day for the following activities: online meeting, preparation and implementation of the follow-up activities, and dissemination).

Is there any Preparatory Task before the project?

Yes, you will receive an email with further information after selection.

Which are the participating countries in the project?

The participating countries are: Lithuania, Italy, Portugal, Greece and Romania.

Can I participate in the project if I am from a different Country (e.g. Germany)?

Yes, but only if you legally reside in one of the countries mentioned before. Otherwise, you will not be eligible.

Can I buy the tickets as soon as I will be selected?

After the selection, you will receive an email with further instructions. Do NOT buy any tickets before the approval of the Project Organizers.

Do I need to pay any financial compensation for participating?

The project is funded 100% from Erasmus+ Programme. This means that we will cover the travel, accommodation, and food for the entire duration of the Mobility.
As organizers, we do not require any participation Fee, only your motivation and enthusiasm.

Do I need to pay in advance (i.e. accommodation, travel, food) and then I will receive the reimbursement?

Food and accommodation will be already covered. We only ask you to purchase the tickets in advance and then we will reimburse the costs within the travel budget. Only pre-approved tickets will be reimbursed.

When will I receive the reimbursement?

As soon as the project finishes, you will need to implement a follow-up activity. As soon as you complete this step, you will be able to receive the reimbursement for the travel (usually it takes 1-2 months, but it is up to you).

Will I be reimbursed individually?

Yes, you will be reimbursed on your bank account.

Will I be reimbursed without any documents?

No, we need to get the ORIGINAL receipts (if they are digital it's perfect). If there are missing documents, we will not be able to reimburse you that specific amount.
