Card Mechanics
1. Eligibility:
The reward system is open to all customers, whether new or existing.
100 Pesos for membership or registration fee
2. Earning Points:
For every purchase of 200 pesos, customers will earn 1 point or 1 peso in rewards.
Points are automatically calculated based on the total amount spent in a single transaction. For example:
Purchase of 500 pesos → Earn 2 points (or 2 pesos).
Purchase of 1,200 pesos → Earn 6 points (or 6 pesos).
Points are earned for every 200 pesos, with no fractional points (e.g., a 150-peso purchase doesn't earn any points).
3. Tracking Points:
Points will be recorded under the customer’s account or receipt. This can be done manually (on receipts) or via a digital loyalty which will be monitored by the Aftersales and Ads and Promo Managers.
Customers will be provided with their updated points by their Account Manager every after transaction.
4. Point Redemption:
Points can be redeemed for discounts or vouchers, with 1 point = 1 peso. For example:
100 points = 100 pesos off a future purchase.
The redemption process should be simple and automatically deducted from their future purchases.
5. Expiration of Points:
Points earned will be valid for 1 year from the date of earning. After the 1-year period, any unused points will expire.
For example: If a customer earns points on January 1, 2025, those points will expire on January 1, 2026.
Customers will be notified of expiring points via email, SMS, or app notifications (if applicable) .
6. Limitations and Conditions:
Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
· • Points can only be redeemed for in-store purchases or eligible items (excluding discounted items and regular Powerline promotions).
Customers must meet a minimum purchase threshold to redeem points (e.g., 100 pesos worth of points can only be used on purchases above 200 pesos).
· • Points earned and redeemed are not transferable (e.g., if purchased from Powerline under another company name).
