About me
Hi, I am Retha Your Transparency Coach. It is an honor and blessing to help guide you through the journey of transparency. I am faith-based so I believe in God and the calling that He has on my life. I seek His face in everything that I do in order to have the right guidance along our journey.
First, in order to help you, we must start from unlearning the original definition of transparency and then giving yourself permission to tap into learning it for yourself.
My journey with transparency started with God revealing to me that it was exactly what I needed and then me becoming my own very first client. I learned that when you can truly be honest with yourself; you will have no choice but to be honest, open and transparent with everyone else because the overflow will flow into their lives too.
As a coach, I have the honor of helping people explore a true breakthrough and even guide them in locating all the answers that they seek from within themselves. This is possible because God gives you all the answers you need before you ever need them.
Matt. 6:33 - But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Psalm 51:12 - Restore unto me the joy of salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.
Psalm 121:1-2 - I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord, which made the heaven and earth.
Ephesians 6:10-13 - Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
