1. How can I check my data balance?

Answer: For MTN SME data, dial *461*4#, for MTN direct data, dial *131*4#. For 9Mobile, dial *228#. For Glo dial *127*0#.

2. What is the validity for the data bundle?

Answer: All bundles have 30days validity except for where it is stated otherwise on the pricelist.

3. How long will it take before I receive my data?

Answer: Instantly if you pay online on our website. For other payment methods, immediately we confirm your payment (Note there might be delays due to inter-bank transfers).

4. Can i share the data I buy from you to others?

Answer: No for MTN, but you can for other networks.

5. How can I contact you?

Answer: We are available on whatsapp: 8am–10pm, Monday through Saturday & 2pm to 10pm on Sundays.
