20. Powerful devil fruit: Bari Bari no Mi

Bari Bari No Mi let the user form invisible walls. The barriers have incredible defensive power, capable of defending against even a fishman's fist that can disintegrate 4000 floors, in return fishman's hands were injured. It also successfully defended against the attacks of Hakuba and the shockwave created by the King of Elizabello II, which could ruin the entire fortress. Bartolomeo has a strong estimate of the power of his defenses, as he was sure that they would be invincible and could prevent the Doflamingo Bird Cage.

The Devil Fruit's primary ability is the power to merge and assimilate with any form of stone. This allows the user to take control of anything made of stone that they come in contact with. While under the user's control, the stone gains a surprising level of flexibility and dexterity it otherwise would not have, as seen by Pica's ability to stretch and reshape in a surprising manner of ways. In Pica's case, he can control the Dressrosa castle as if it were his own body, as it is entirely made of stone. It appears that the strength of this particular fruit is directly proportional to the amount of stone in the user's environment. Because of this, at sufficient amounts, the user can withstand having pieces of their body destroyed to no end.

One weakness of the fruit is that the user needs to be merged with the stone to control it, as shown when the stone giant's body stopped moving when Pica's real body emerged from it. Because this power is not Logia, the user's body does not transform into stone, but instead resides within it, and that portion is as vulnerable as any normal person. Indeed, Pica had to shift his conscious human part away to avoid Zoro's slash. Inversely, because this power is not Logia, damage done to the stone the user controls is not inflicted upon the user themselves, so long as their body is not harmed. The user is bestowed with the power to generate and control white, wafer-thin, razor sharp strings attachable to seemingly any surface (even non-solid targets such as clouds) from seemingly any part of the user's own body (even the innards), though mostly seen protruding from the palms and fingertips, for many diverse purposes, such as manipulating people's movements in a way reminiscent of how puppeteers control puppets by connecting the strings to their spines, swiping the strings to slice through things like body parts and weapons similar to piano wire or monomolecular wire, attaching them to clouds for aerial transportation, and creating masses of bundled-up, compressed strings for various constructs such as ropes usable as whips, bullets, clones, a humongous cage-like force field or a massive spider web defense. Having a body that is completely covered in poison at will, any person who touches the user will be poisoned. The fruit also grants the user immunity from poison as well. If a victim is affected by just one type of poison produced by the user, it can usually be easily cured, given the right antidote. The major strength of the fruit, as demonstrated by Boa Hancock, is that the user is able to transform those who lust or love after the user into stone in varying degrees by using their "dirty thoughts". Victims that have been completely turned to stone are incapable of consciousness and susceptible to physical damage unless the user de-petrifies them. Petrification can also be achieved through physically striking an opponent, although the only area that is turned to stone is the contacted area, as opposed to the entire body. The power also extends to nonliving objects, including Pacifistas.

The powers of the fruit can cause any victim(s), whether they're male or female, with feelings of lust to fall for the user as any feelings of lust they have will be strengthened and aimed towards the user, making them even more susceptible to the fruit's petrification effects. Since Hancock possesses near unparalleled beauty, enticing men with her powers takes very little effort while with women she will use more flirtatious and "cutesy" behavior. Apparently, once the petrification takes effect, the victim or victims experience a state of suspended animation where their subjective sense of time is completely halted by the fruit's power, effectively making it look to them as though time itself has stopped from the victim's point of perspective, and will last this way unless Hancock chooses to relinquish their petrified states.

This includes both tangible materials like people, objects, and even gases such as air as well as intangible things along the lines of ghosts generated by the Horo Horo no Mi user and the sensation of physical pain. This power also offers the user an incredible defense in battle, allowing them to deflect or redirect any attack. They are also able to harness their abilities to perform offensive maneuvers, such as repelling the very air around them at very high speed. These attacks are so powerful that they can leave paw-shaped imprints in rock.

One misconception about the powers of the Nikyu Nikyu no Mi is that it gives its user the ability to teleport at will. However, this assumption is incorrect. Rather than teleport, Kuma uses the incredible speed of his Devil Fruit power to propel himself across certain distances, the speed of which is instantaneous, though he has not actually been seen pushing himself to another location.

While the user is able to deflect attacks, they can only do so by using their bare hands. In Kuma's case, however, this weakness is compensated by his transformation into a cyborg with stronger-than-steel armoring.

14. Powerful devil fruit: Kira Kira no Mi

This devil fruit allows its user to transform the user into a diamond. This devil fruit was eaten by Jozu. Diamond is the toughest and the hardest substance in the world. There is nothing that can penetrative a diamond.

This devil fruit has the power to defend against the slash from the world's strongest swordsman. However, it has one weakness that it can't resist freezing.

13. Powerful devil fruit: Zushi Zushi no Mi

This a paramecia type devil fruit that allows its user to control gravity. It was eaten by Admiral Fujitora. This devil is extremely powerful it can pull down meteors from space.

We have seen that Fujitora can use it in any direction.

He uses his gravity to destroy the battleships. With its power, he can navigate the objects in midair.

Whoever eats from this fruit is granted the power to create gravitational forces of extreme potency. The ability user is able to move about living things and objects with little effort, ranging from debris to send flying against an enemy in smaller or massive numbers, to a massive battleship. The range of the generable gravity field appears incredibly big, as it can pull down meteors from the highest of skies (possibly the outer atmosphere, or even space itself).

Able to have their gravity go in any direction, even horizontal, as demonstrated by Fujitora, the user can move about matter with precision, effectively granting a form of telekinesis. By negating natural gravity and forcing things upward to navigate in midair, flight can be simulated, as shown by Fujitora making either himself fly on a small rock platform or levitate himself alongside his men on a ship. He is also able to manipulate multiple different gravity fields simultaneously, as seen when fighting Luffy at the end of Dressrosa Arc, where he kept vast amounts of rubble floating across an island-wide scale while attacking him with offensive gravity wells.

However, it seems that his gravity powers can be disrupted by attacking Fujitora himself, shown when Roronoa Zoro used a projectile slash to interrupt the admiral from keeping him held in a gravitational pin, enabling Zoro to escape from it. Additionally, people and objects are capable of resisting the gravity if they are physically strong enough to maintain a hold on their current location. Other than that, the user is also affected by the standard Devil Fruit weaknesses.

12. Powerful devil fruit: Pika Pika no Mi

Its user is Admiral Kizaru. We have seen Kizaru in action when he went to the Sabaody archipelago to capture the pirates. Pika-Pika no Mi, grant its user light power. It is a logia type devil fruits.

When some of the pirates try to kill him with bullets however all the bullet they shoot it went right through him. Kizaru was acting like it was nothing for him since he is a logia type devil fruit user. Kizaru is super fast thanks to his devil fruit power and also he can use his power to make a lightsaber.

Like with all other users of Logia Devil Fruits, the user of this fruit is able to control, create, and transform into an element. In this case, Borsalino is able to control, create, and transform into the element of light. As such, Borsalino is able to utilize light-based attacks. Such attacks include shooting laser beams from his hands, fingers, or feet (which are capable of causing massive explosions) to partial transformations that enable physical attacks that connect at light-speed, which can cause devastating damage.

Borsalino's reflexes are so quick that he can transform into light to completely bypass almost any attack, even a gunshot from meters away. He is able to avoid normal attacks by transforming into light, causing the attack to bypass straight through his body, like most Logia users can. Borsalino is also able to travel at the speed of light and is able to reflect himself to any desired location.

Silvers Rayleigh has used Haki to bypass Borsalino's intangibility and divert his attacks. Since his fruit is light-based, some of Kizaru's attacks, like his lasers, can only travel in straight lines. It is subject to the standard Devil Fruit weaknesses.

11. Powerful devil fruit: Tori Tori no Mi (Phoenix)

It is Mythical Zoan type devil fruit that allows it, user, to transform into a Phoenix. Mythical Zoan type devil fruit is a rare type of devil fruit. The user can heal automatically and grant the ability to fly as well as lunch the attack from the air. Due to the blue flame, it can take the offensive attack from other powerful devil fruit such as Magu Magu no mi.

This Devil Fruit's ability, via the transformation into a phoenix, grants the user increased physical attributes (as is with all Zoan types) and the rare ability of flight, enabling aerial combat.

There is, however, a stated limit to how much damage they can recover in the long term.

The flames can heal other people as well, but to a more limited extent than to the user. For a specific disease in particular, those flames are capable of acting as a temporary countermeasure to the infection process by increasing the body heat of the infected party, preventing the virus from spreading through the body further. The phoenix's flames are also able to hurt Prometheus, a special fire Homie made from Big Mom's soul.

The user can recover from any damage they accumulate in their human form by reverting to their phoenix, or hybrid phoenix form, or just by summoning light-blue flames around their body. They can recover from any injuries taken while touching seastone, but only after stopping being in contact with it. This gives the user a huge advantage that no Logia user has, since the damage done to Logia users with their powers disabled remain permanent.
