PowerBallApp Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how PowerBallApp (“the App”) handles user data.
Effective Date: 23.01.2026
This Privacy Policy explains how PowerBallApp ("the App") handles information.
1. Data We Do Not Collect
PowerBallApp is an advanced analysis application designed to explore Powerball lottery trends using statistical models and AI-based pattern analysis and does not directly collect any personal data from its users. This means we do not ask for, gather, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, phone number, or identifiers are collected, location, device identifiers are tracked, or any other data that could identify you.
The App processes the following data locally on the user’s device only:
- CSV files imported by the user containing historical PowerBall draw results
- Prediction results generated by on-device machine learning models (LSTM, GAN, Ensemble)
This data:
- Never leaves the device
- Is not shared with third parties
- Is not uploaded to any server
Internet Access
The App does not require an internet connection to function and does not communicate with external servers.
2. Information Collected by Third Parties
The App does not use third-party services that collect user data (such as ads, analytics, or cloud APIs).
While we do not collect personal data, please be aware that certain third-party services integrated into or associated with the App may collect information. These include:
Google Play Store: When you download the App from the Google Play Store, Google may collect certain information related to your device and app usage as part of its standard operations. This data collection is governed by Google's own Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Android Operating System: The Android operating system on your device may collect diagnostic and usage data. This collection is managed by your device settings and Google's policies, not by this App.
Third-Party Libraries/SDKs may collect certain information related to your device and app usage as part of its standard operations. For example:
Google Play Services (common for basic apps): This is often included by default. While you might not use specific features, it's good to acknowledge its presence. "This App utilizes Google Play Services, which may collect anonymous data for purposes such as crash reporting and analytics. For more information, please refer to the Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy."
Firebase (if used even for basic analytics): "This App uses Firebase, a service provided by Google, for analytics and crash reporting. Firebase may collect data such as device information, app usage, and crash logs. This data is generally aggregated and anonymized. For more information on Firebase data collection, please review Google's Privacy Policy and Firebase's specific terms."
3. On-Device Data Storage
PowerBallApp may store data directly on your device to enable core functionality, such as:
[e.g., "Saving your game progress."]
[e.g., "Storing your preferences (e.g., sound on/off)."]
[e.g., "Saving the notes you create within the app."]
[e.g., "Saving Powerball history draws."]
This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us or any third parties. When you uninstall the App, this locally stored data is typically deleted.
4. MINORS AND REGIONAL AGE RESTRICTIONS (18+ RATING)
4.1. Strict Age Requirement and Prohibition
PowerBallApp is a statistical utility tool and number analyzer intended strictly for adult users who are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age required for lottery activities in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). The Application is not designed, intended, or marketed for children or minors under the age of 18.
4.2. Compliance with Utah, Texas, and Louisiana App Store Laws
In compliance with state-specific minor protection regulations, including the Utah App Store Accountability Act, the Texas Securing Children Online through Parental Empowerment (SCOPE) Act, and the Louisiana App Store Accountability Act, we enforce strict access barriers at the platform level:
Developer Restriction Request: We explicitly instruct and opt-in with all mobile application stores (including the Google Play Store and Apple App Store) to completely block any user accounts identified or determined by the platform to be minors (under 18) from searching for, downloading, installing, or accessing this Application.
No Parental Override: Because this Application is restricted to users 18 years of age and older due to its lottery-focused theme, we do not provide any mechanism for parental consent or parental override. Minors are entirely prohibited from using the platform under all circumstances.
4.3. No Data Collection and Privacy Protection
We do not knowingly solicit, collect, track, or process any personal data or personally identifiable information (PII) from any user, including minors under the age of 18. Since our Application operates without user accounts, cloud profiles, or behavior tracking, no identity information is stored on or transmitted to our servers.
To the extent that any automated compliance signals, tokens, or age-verification indicators are transmitted to us via app store application programming interfaces (APIs) to verify compliance with Texas or other state laws, such technical signals are immediately and permanently deleted upon verification of the session and are never retained, logged, or shared.
4.4. No Commercial Exploitation (No Ads or In-App Purchases)
To maintain a secure environment and eliminate any risk of financial or commercial exploitation of minors:
The Application does not contain any third-party advertising or behavioral ad networks.
The Application is a paid download processed exclusively through the Google Play platform marketplaces. The Application itself contains no in-app purchases, microtransactions, subscriptions, or secondary digital monetization options.
