We are pleased to announce the workshop PoWER2025: Propagation of Waves, European Researchers in Vienna, Austria.
The first edition of the workshop was held in Turin, Italy, in 2023.
The aim of PoWER is to bring together mathematicians and engineers, belonging to different groups of the national and international scientific community, to discuss the most recent advances in the simulation of wave propagation problems.
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, discontinuous Galerkin, space-time methods, convolution quadrature, high-order methods, high-frequency approximations, fast computational techniques, nonlinear wave phenomena, integral equations, absorbing boundary conditions, virtual element methods, boundary element methods.
The event will be hosted by the Technische Universität Wien (TU Wien).
The workshop will begin early in the morning on Wednesday, July 2, and will end on Friday, July 4, before lunch.
