1. Scope
This Policy applies to all users of the Power Max app on Android/iOS when using features such as viewing charging stations, scanning/printing QR, managing charging sessions, wallet, and admin pages.
Account information: name, email, phone number, role (user/admin).
Authentication info: login token and expiration, stored locally to maintain your session.
Location data: coarse/precise location when you grant permission, used to find nearby stations and compute distance.
Camera/Photos & Media:
Camera permission for scanning QR or taking photos (only when you actively use it).
Photos/Library and Storage permissions to select/save images and PDFs (e.g., export QR), depending on Android/iOS version.
Basic device info: OS/SDK version (to handle permissions and troubleshoot).
Network/Wi‑Fi info (when using scan/provisioning features): Wi‑Fi state/capability (on Android 13+ may use NEARBY_WIFI_DEVICES as required by the system).
Charging session data: session code, start/end times, power used (kWh), related transaction amount, station/post info.
Operational logs: errors/diagnostics to improve performance and stability.
We do NOT collect sensitive content unless you explicitly provide it for support purposes.
Provide core features: nearby station discovery, distance calculation, navigation, QR scanning/printing, charging-session management.
Authenticate users, maintain sessions, enforce roles (user/admin).
Store/display charging history and statistics (for users/admin).
Improve service quality and troubleshoot issues.
Deliver real-time notifications (via MQTT/Push if applicable) about charging or wallet events.
Location (Foreground/Background): to suggest nearby stations and compute distance; background only if required by a feature. You can disable it in system settings at any time.
Camera: for QR scanning/taking photos when you initiate it.
Photos/Library/Storage: for selecting/saving images/PDFs (export QR, save receipts); accessed only upon your action.
Wi‑Fi state/devices (Android): to support scanning/provisioning (if using admin/device features).
Network/Internet: to connect to APIs, maps, and real-time services.
We show rationale dialogs and request permissions only when a feature needs them.
We may share necessary data with:
Our backend API: https://api.kullhi.id.vn (auth, sessions, users, wallet).
Map/SDK services: Google Maps/Google Play services (maps, location), ML Kit (if used for barcode/QR).
Real-time services: MQTT broker to receive messages related to payments/sessions.
We do not sell your personal data. Sharing is limited to operating the app.
Tokens and some user data are stored locally (SharedPreferences/Keychain) to keep you signed in.
Data in transit uses HTTPS/TLS. For internal testing/dev, local endpoints may be used; production releases comply with store security requirements.
We implement reasonable safeguards to protect against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Login token: until expiration or you sign out.
Profile, sessions, configurations: retained to provide services and comply with legal obligations (if any).
You may request deletion per Section 9.
You can:
Access/update certain information in the app.
Revoke permissions (Location, Camera, Photos, etc.) in system settings. Some features may not function without permissions.
Request export or deletion of your data (where legally permitted).
Sign out to remove local tokens.
To request account/data deletion on our servers, contact: [insert support email]. We will respond within [x] business days and proceed in accordance with applicable law.
The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe we collected data from a child, contact us to remove it.
Data may be processed/stored on servers located in other countries. We apply appropriate safeguards as required by law.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted in-app or on this page with an effective date.

Integrated SDKs/Libraries may include Google Maps, Google Play services, ML Kit (barcode/QR), geolocator, permission_handler, printing/pdf, saver_gallery, device_info_plus, MQTT.
Primary API host: api.kullhi.id.vn. Data (e.g., profile, sessions) is exchanged with the API to provide features.
