LED Flashlight provides flashlight, SOS, weather, and launcher features. We value your privacy and process information only where reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, analyze, monetize, and improve the App.

1.1 Installed Apps Information

When you use the Launcher feature, the App needs to identify applications installed on your device so they can be displayed and opened from the home screen.

For this purpose, the App may use:

QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES

This permission is used only to support the core Launcher functionality, including displaying and opening installed applications.

1.2 Camera Permission

The App may request the CAMERA permission to control the device flashlight, including:

Turning the flashlight on or off;
Providing SOS flashing functionality.

We do not use this permission to capture, store, or upload your photos or videos.

1.3 Location Information

The App provides weather information.

With your permission, we may access your precise location to provide weather information related to your current location.

You may refuse location permission or withdraw it at any time through your Android system settings.

If you do not allow precise location access, we or related service providers may determine your approximate location based on your IP address, network information, or device region settings, such as your country, region, or city-level area.

Location derived from an IP address may be less accurate, which may affect the accuracy of local weather information.

1.4 Device and Technical Information

To operate the App, analyze performance, and troubleshoot issues, we may process information such as:

Device model and operating system version;
App version;
Language and region settings;
Network information;
Crash logs and diagnostic information;
App usage and performance data.

1.5 Advertising and Device Identifiers

The App may process identifiers such as:

Google Advertising ID (GAID);
Firebase Installation ID;
App instance identifiers;
Advertising and attribution-related identifiers.

These may be used for advertising, measurement, attribution, analytics, fraud prevention, and invalid traffic detection.

Provide flashlight and SOS features;
Provide weather information;
Provide Launcher functionality;
Display and open installed applications;

3. Third-Party Services

LED Flashlight may integrate the following third-party services:

Depending on their functions, these third parties may process device information, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, approximate location, advertising data, attribution data, app events, and diagnostic information.

Each third-party provider processes information according to its own privacy policy.

If the weather feature uses a third-party weather service, that service may receive location data necessary to provide weather information, such as coordinates, city, or regional information.

4. Launcher Functionality

When you set LED Flashlight as your default Launcher, the App may function as your device home screen and display installed applications.

You may switch to another Launcher at any time through Android settings, usually under:

Settings > Apps > Default Apps > Home App

The exact menu name may vary by device and Android version.

5. Permission Management

Depending on the features you use, the App may request:

CAMERA: to control the flashlight;
QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES: to display and open installed applications;
Location permission: to obtain your current location for weather information.

You may refuse or later revoke permissions that require your authorization.

Refusing a permission will only affect features that depend on that permission.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Some App settings may be stored locally on your device until you clear App data or uninstall the App.

Data processed by advertising, analytics, attribution, or other third-party services may be retained according to their respective retention policies.

You may delete locally stored App data by clearing App storage or uninstalling LED Flashlight.

The App does not currently require users to create an account, so there is no separate account deletion process.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request:

Access to certain personal information;
Deletion of certain personal information;
Correction of inaccurate information;
Restriction of or objection to certain processing;
Withdrawal of consent where applicable.

Because third-party service providers may operate in different countries or regions, information may be processed or stored outside your country or region.

Reasonable safeguards will be applied in accordance with applicable law.
