 Our Projects

Bed Management Power Apps

"The UK hospitals are grappling with limited hospital beds, along with time-consuming, complex management systems which pose a significant challenge to the healthcare system and NHS workers."

Bed Management Power Apps is a simplified, easy-to-use application, to quickly admit, and discharge patients. Moreover, front-line workers can also utilise waiting lists and transfer patients from wards to wards all in one application.

TasCare

A Social Care Task Management Power Apps

TasCare is a Power Apps solution developed specifically for NHS England in cooperation with Microsoft Power Platform Solutions, designed to streamline the daily tasks of social care workers. This application is tailored to address the issue of social care workers spending excessive time recording their daily activities, ultimately diverting their focus away from the essential act of caring for individuals in need.

TasCare aims to replace handwritten logs, which can be time-consuming and prone to errors, with a digital solution that enhances efficiency and accuracy.

TasCare has a user app and an admin app. The user app helps users to manage their daily tasks. The admin app helps set up recurring tasks daily, weekly and monthly.

E-Rostering Power Apps

“Healthcare organizations face significant challenges in staff redeployment and shift management, which include time-consuming manual processes, difficulties in matching staff time with patient care needs, and inefficient allocation of human resources.”

The E-Rostering application is built into two parts. The admin application and the user application.

The admin application helps the shift manager set up shifts at ease, with functions such as calculating required human resources and maximum hours.

The user application has features of clock-in and clock-out, sending holiday requests.
