The summer season in Thailand is hotter than you would expect. With temperatures ranging between 30°C to 40°C (86°F to 104°F) and high humidity, its important to train safely. Stay hydrated all day before training. Drink extra electrolytes. Consider getting an inhaler (especially during burning season), they are easy to get from the nearest pharmacy. If you feel unwell, take the day off. The gym will be there when you're better :)
