This privacy policy applies to the Poultry Farm Manager app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Bilal Tech Ltd (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
This Privacy Policy outlines the types of information we collect through the App, how we use and safeguard that information, and the choices you have regarding your personal data. It applies to all users of the App and reflects our commitment to transparency and compliance with major data protection laws and platform policies, including:

b. Log Data
When you use the App, our systems automatically collect certain log information to help monitor performance and identify technical issues. This can include:
IP address (used temporarily for diagnostics and not stored long-term)

In-app actions and transitions
Error messages, exception logs, and crash diagnostics

3- Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

4- User Data Access Policy
Users are required to enter farm-related information to use the core features of the Poultry Farm Manager app. The data entered by users—such as flocks, clients, daily entries, expenses, sales, feed transactions, vaccination schedules, and dates—is used solely to provide the basic functionality of the app.
This information allows the app to calculate and display daily farm entries, feed stock levels, mortality and egg counts, profit and loss summaries, pending vaccine alerts, and a detailed history of previous records so users can track their flocks and farm performance over time.
We collect user data strictly to enable these core features. We do not use, share, or sell user data to third parties for personal or commercial purposes. The data is used exclusively to deliver the requested functionality within the app.
All user-entered data is stored securely on the user's device and remains under the user's control. Users can view, edit, or delete their data at any time. Uninstalling the app or clearing app data will permanently remove all stored records.
The app does not request unnecessary permissions. Any required access is limited to ensuring proper functionality and a transparent user experience.
5- Collected Data
We collect only the package names (i.e., app identifiers) of the apps installed on your device. This allows us to determine which apps may have updates available.
- Data Storage
All collected data is securely encrypted and stored on protected servers with appropriate technical safeguards in place to prevent unauthorised access.
- Usage
The data is never shared with third parties. It is used solely for the intended purpose of identifying and notifying users about available app updates.
- Consent Requirement
In compliance with evolving Google Play policies, we explicitly request user consent within the App before activating any feature that requires access to this data. Users will only be able to use the software update feature after granting this permission.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
7- Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at shaniworkspace.47@gmail.com
and they will respond in a reasonable time.
8- Your Rights (Under GDPR)
While our App does not collect personal data such as your name, email, or contact details, we do process certain non-personal information (like device data and app usage) to improve your experience.

The Poultry Farm Manager App does not address anyone under the age of 13 and is not intended for use by children.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. The app’s functionality is based on user-entered daily farm data (such as flocks, clients, daily entries, expenses, sales, feed transactions, vaccination schedules, and dates) and does not require personal identification information.
In the event that the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information, appropriate steps will be taken to delete such information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information through the app, please contact the Service Provider at shaniworkspace.47@gmail.com so that necessary action can be taken.
11- Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
12- Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
