Potenza Investment cc was established in 2010 by Mrs. Namibia Meduletu Kandume. Potenza Investment cc has during its seven-year history developed into Namibia's leading, predominantly black female-owned and managed construction company. The company has grown organically by re-investing its earnings to fund the company’s growth. The company is currently registered with the Construction Industries Federation of Namibia and the Small Contractors Association of Namibia since its inception and the company remains in good standing with the Inland Revenue of Namibia, the Social Security, and the Affirmative Action.

Whilst our head office is based in OTJIWARONGO, OTJOZONDJUPA Region, We have over the past few years completed projects/contracts in the remote parts of Namibia. From the Northern parts of the country to Currently the Southern part of the Country, in the Keetmanshoop Region.

Integral to the successful implementation of civil engineering projects is the capacity to manage the overall project. In civil engineering terms, these are commonly referred to as the “Implementing agents”. This function entails the overall project management, from the sourcing of the tenders, appointment, and management of the professional team, and the physical delivery of the project, be it civil/supply and/or both. In addition to civil engineering projects, we have undertaken more conventional type projects- for example:
Supply of Fencing Material to the Ministry of Environment and Tourism at Okaukuejo to the value in excess of N$ 4000000.00.

On a limited and selective basis, we develop properties for our own or client's account. This incorporates all of the aspects as outlined under Turnkey design and construction but includes the procurement of project finance (both development and term finance)

Central to the way that Potenza Investment cc does business is the development and empowerment of our employees and partners. Internally we have established a training program, which will train our staff in civil construction through an appointed consultancy firm. A future measure of success Potenza Investment will establish a Staff Trust, which will allocate a percentage of Potenza Investment shares, debt free to its employees.
