What could a Denman Prospect Lions Club look like? 

That depends on the people who decide to create it. 

The people who join will decide what the club does, which causes it supports and what projects they want to take on.

They can also decide how often they meet, where they meet, how social they want the club to be and how it fits around work, family and everything else in life.

The aim isn't to fit people into a club. It's to create a club that fits around its members. 

You don't need to know everything about Lions before deciding whether you're interested.
