We recommend booking as soon as you have confirmed the event location and a rough estimate of the number of guests.
Our rates are set and non-negotiable. However, we are pleased to offer a 10% discount for schools and non-profit organizations. These discounts are automatically applied at the time of booking.
Alternatively, some organizations and companies are entitled to up to 80% off through our non-profit/charity program. Find out more here.

We understand that plans can change. To cancel your booking, please contact us directly.
Cancellation Policy:
7 days or more in advance: No cancellation fee.
5-3 days in advance: 30% of the total payment is required.
2-1 day in advance: 50% of the total payment is required.
Day of the event: 70% of the total payment is required.
If you have already made a payment and choose to cancel, we will issue a refund per the cancellation policy outlined above.
We primarily serve Markham and the GTA.
For all events, payment is required in full at least one day before the event. We accept e-transfers as a method of payment.
