Posworx built the LoyaltyWorx app as a free app. This Service is provided by Posworx at no cost and is intended for use as is.

to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the

personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, surname, location, pictures, contact number

the last known registered store location.

We do also collect information about your device which may, in some cases be critical

to the proper functioning of the service and in another scenario for the purpose of identifying your device when you interact with our services.

The device information mentioned in the latter may include but is not limited to

your device's operating system.

Loyalty Purchases

We store your loyalty purchases made in-store to determine the loyalty level you're on based on the loyalty programme's parameter. Storage of your loyalty purchases is also used as means of rewarding you with points, again based on the loyalty programme's parameters that you may be a part of.

Location (optional)

The location information you provide us with is used for targeted marketing and statistics.

Contact number

Your contact number is used to send you updates regarding promotions (optional) but also as an additional security measure i.e. To send you an OTP when your loyalty card is being used as a tender type.

The information that we request is retained both on your device and

by us and will be used as described in this privacy policy.s The information that we retain about you may be accessed by other third parties who make use of Loyaltyworx as a service.

The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

If you'd like your details to be deleted, please send an email to the email address provided below in the Contact Us section and we'll remove your personally identifiable information from Loyaltyworx. You can also send us a message from http://www.posworx.co.za/posworx/contact-us .

Loyaltyworx offers features that use a technology known as local storage to provide a simple, smooth experience with Loyaltyworx. Local storage as the word suggests, is data stored locally on your device, as mentioned previously we use local storage to provide simplicity which includes but is not limited to storing a flag that indicates whether you as the user has already been through the onboarding experience, the company identifier for you a loyalty card you might be querying, your credentials so that we can identify you when you use our service.

We value your trust in providing us with your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use

commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over

the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot

guarantee its absolute security.
