Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the PostureGuard application ("App") developed by Veysel Yesilmen ("Developer," "we," "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using PostureGuard, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
PostureGuard is a posture tracking and improvement application that uses AirPods motion sensors, device camera, and Apple Watch sensors to monitor your posture in real-time. The App provides posture scores, guided exercises, reminders, and health statistics.
MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
PostureGuard is NOT a medical device and is NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
The posture scores, feedback, and exercise recommendations provided by the App are for informational and wellness purposes only.
The App should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, especially if you have existing back, neck, or spine conditions.
If you experience pain or discomfort while using the App, stop immediately and consult a medical professional.
SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS
4.1 Premium Subscription
Premium features (AirPods tracking, camera analysis, all exercises, advanced stats, widgets) require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account via the App Store.
Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
4.2 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
4.3 Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple through their standard refund process at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
Use the App only for its intended purpose of posture monitoring and improvement.
Ensure you are in a safe environment when using camera-based tracking.
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, features, design, and functionality of PostureGuard are owned by the Developer and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
HEALTH & SENSOR DATA
The App requires access to device motion sensors, camera, and optionally HealthKit to function.
You may revoke these permissions at any time through iOS Settings, but this may limit App functionality.
Your use of health-related features is governed by our Privacy Policy.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of posture scores, exercise recommendations, or any health-related information.
We are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages arising from the use of the App.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date when changes are made.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
