PostureGuard ("we," "our," or "the App") is developed by Veysel Yesilmen. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our iOS application.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Motion & Sensor Data
AirPods Motion Data
When you use AirPods-based posture tracking, we access head orientation data (pitch, roll, yaw) through Apple's CMHeadphoneMotionManager API. This data is processed locally on your device to calculate your posture score.
Camera Data
When you use camera-based posture tracking, we process video frames on-device using Apple's Vision framework to detect body pose. No images or video are stored, transmitted, or recorded. All processing occurs in real-time on your device.
Health Data
Apple HealthKit
With your explicit permission, we write posture session data as Mindful Minutes and exercise data as Workouts to Apple Health. We also read step count and mindful session data to display in the app. We never sell or share your HealthKit data with third parties. HealthKit data is only used to display your health information within the app.
Device Information
Device Identifier
We collect an anonymous device identifier (Vendor ID) to sync your posture sessions with our server. This identifier cannot be used to personally identify you and resets if you reinstall the app.
Posture Session Data
Session Metrics
We collect anonymized posture session data including session duration, posture scores, slouch counts, and tracking mode. This data is synced to our server to enable cross-device access and backup.
Subscription Data
