The application Post Notes (“APP”) is developed by Alexander Tapia Cortez (“DEVELOPER”), read the present Privacy Policy to know the treatment of the personal information by the APP.
1. PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information is any information that identifies you, for example your name, last name, phone, email.
2. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The DEVELOPER might collect personal data with the following purposes
2.1. User experience
You‘re able to set your nickname to see a more personal message during the use of the APP.
3. SHARE OF PERSONAL DATA
No data you enter to the APP will not be share with any third party, all data is going to be stored locally.
4. Limitation of liability.
Your use of the APP is at your own risk. Neither DEVELOPER, its affiliates, nor any of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, or other representatives will be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive, including, without limitation, loss of data, income, profit or goodwill, loss of or damage to property, and claims of third parties arising out of your access to or use of the APP or arising out of any action taken in response to or as a result of any content or other information available on the service, however caused, whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), proprietary rights infringement, product liability, or otherwise. The foregoing shall apply even if DEVELOPER was advised of the possibility of such damages. If you become dissatisfied in any way with the APP, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop your use of the APP. You hereby waive all claims against DEVELOPER and its affiliates, agents, representatives, and licensors arising out of your use of the APP.
5. Changes to the Privacy Policy
The developer reserves the right, in its absolute and sole discretion to revise, update, change, modify, add, supplement, or remove certain provisions of the Privacy policy. Such changes will take effect with or without prior notice, as applicable. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PERIODICALLY CHECKING THIS PRIVACY POLICY.
6. DELETE PERSONAL DATA.
Neither the DEVELOPER nor anyone could have access to your information, to delete the information in the APP you must delete your information with the tools provided in the APP or uninstall the APP.
