Local Applicant
STEP 1 :
Choose programme research or coursework
STEP 2 :
Candidates need to purchase the PIN Number (RM50) :
Available from Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN)
or
Paying RM50 to IPSis through BANK ISLAM MALAYSIA BERHAD (12177010005510) Bendahari UiTM.
The candidate must email the :
payment slip
candidate's full name
candidate's identification card number
programme
mode: coursework or research.
to bpk@uitm.edu.my to obtain the PIN.
Admission to UiTM are open only for Bumiputera ONLY.
STEP 3 :
Candidates fill in the online application :
COURSEWORK : Application for October 2022 Intake is Open from 09/05/2022 - 31/08/2022
RESEARCH : Application for Research Programmes can be made throughout the year.
STEP 4 :
Send required documents :
Printed Online Application Form → COURSEWORK / RESEARCH
Identification Card (I/C) (Certified True Copy)
Academic Transcripts/Completion Letter (Certified True Copy)
Master/Bachelor Degree Certificates (Certified True Copy)
Referee Report(s) (Click Here)
Research Proposal (for research programmes ONLY) (Guideline)
Scan and send of the following documents to the respective CAMPUS through email:
STEP 5 :
Campus will contact the candidates for interview (if needed)
Successful Candidates :
Faculty will inform Institute of Graduate Studies (IPSis) of the successful candidate/s

International Applicant

Prepare the following documents:
Printed Online Application Form --> COURSEWORK | RESEARCH
Photocopy of Passport - All pages (must certified as true copy)**.
Photocopy of Degree certificate - application for master program
(must certified as true copy)**.Photocopy of Bachelor & Master Degree certificate - application for PhD program (must certified as true copy)**.
Photocopy of Examination/Academic Transcripts (must certified as true copy)**.
Referee Reports – 2 referees (Click here to download the form)
Photocopy of English Proficiency Certificate
Application for Master or PhD by research must include research proposal
Checklist for the required documents (CLICK HERE)
** Photocopy documents must be certified as true copy by the authorize personnel/embassy/goverment.
*** English test/ recommendation other than IELTS or TOEFL are not considered.
All the documents stated above are COMPULSORY. Unable to submit those documents will cause unsuccessful application.
