These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the BrandFlow mobile application and any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Predme Infotech.
By accessing or using BrandFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
By creating an account, accessing features, or using the Platform, you confirm that you:
Have read and understood these Terms
Are at least 13 years old
Have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement
If you do not meet these requirements, you must discontinue use.
BrandFlow allows users to:
Create and edit social media posts
Generate content using AI
Upload images for design and analysis
Save templates and projects
Export media for personal or business use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Keep your login credentials confidential
Not share your account with others
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
BrandFlow allows you to upload images, text, templates, and other content (“User Content”).
By uploading User Content, you confirm that:
You own the rights to the content, or you have permission to use it
The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
You grant us a limited license to process the content for app functionality
(e.g., AI analysis, template editing, post generation)
You retain full ownership of your content.
We do not claim rights to reuse, publish, or distribute your User Content outside of the Platform’s functionality.
BrandFlow uses AI technology to generate:
Text suggestions
Backgrounds
Templates
Designs
Extracted elements
You understand and agree that:
AI-generated output may not always be accurate
You must review and verify content before using it publicly
We are not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or misuse of generated content
You assume full responsibility for how you use AI-generated output.
You agree NOT to use BrandFlow to:
Upload or generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property
Harass, intimidate, or defame individuals or groups
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform
Reverse engineer, copy, or replicate our technology or AI systems
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or servers
Use the Platform for automated scraping or data extraction
Violation of these rules may result in account termination.
All intellectual property on the Platform, including:
App design
Logos
Features
AI models
Algorithms
Templates
User interface
Branding
Software code
is owned by Predme Infotech and protected by copyright, trademark, and related laws.
You may NOT copy, modify, distribute, or reuse any part of the Platform unless explicitly permitted.
Some features of BrandFlow may require purchases or subscriptions.
By making a purchase, you agree that:
Prices may vary by region or platform
Payments are processed by Google Play (or other supported payment providers)
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
All refunds must follow Google Play’s Refund Policy
We do not control or store payment information.
Your use of BrandFlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, process, and protect your information.
By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices.
You agree that:
Images uploaded to BrandFlow may be processed by secure third-party AI services
Your content is handled only for functional purposes
We do not sell your personal information

BrandFlow may integrate with third-party tools such as:
Firebase
AI APIs
Analytics services
Cloud storage providers
These third parties may have their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for their actions, data practices, or content.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
Continuous or error-free operation
Accuracy of AI outputs
Compatibility with all devices
Freedom from bugs or interruptions
Your use of BrandFlow is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not responsible for any damages, loss of data, business interruption, or financial losses resulting from your use of the Platform
We are not liable for any user-generated or AI-generated content
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (if any)
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
You violate these Terms
You misuse the Platform
Your activity poses a security or legal risk
Required by law or regulatory request
You may stop using BrandFlow at any time by uninstalling the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in India.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” above.
Your continued use of BrandFlow after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
