About this site

This website was designed and compiled by Eric Seidlitz, Assistant Professor in the Department of Anesthesia and an instructor in the Honours Health Sciences Program (HHSP). The HHSP Annual Poster Day was run in an online only format for the first time in April 2021, and repeated in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026. 

Posters and abstracts are collected using a simple Google Forms submission process that automatically places all the information into a Google Sheets spreadsheet. The poster files, submitted as pdf documents, are stored in a linked Google Drive folder, and these are automatically linked to the spreadsheet. The posters themselves are presented on a free Google Sites website that allows anyone with the link to see all posters in thumbnail view and to click to expand/download the posters top view them in detail. The entire posted day website is free of cost.
