Halloween Cards & Photo Editor  on app store (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provide you a comprehensive platform for creating customized greeting cards, face placers, photo frames and profile pictures.

Protecting user’s privacy is our main preference. Cross marking your cards using this application doesn’t compromise user’s privacy in any way. We don’t extract, use or save your personal information (cards data) for any purpose (Your personal information will not be shared, disclosed or transferred to any third party and other organizations). We don’t allow to generate ID cards, social security numbers, passports, diplomas, credit cards and driver licenses. Our app is strictly compliant with App Store policy.

Besides the above mentioned information, we DO NOT collect any information including your personal information or those information that identify you or related to you personally (“Personal Information”) in any form whatsoever.

Our privacy practices will be transparent to you. However we collect only minimal information (non-personal) essentially required for correct functionality of the App, the features of which have been adequately described to the user through App store.

When you utilize our services, you’re trusting us with your information therefore we understand this is a major obligation and work hard to ensure your data and place you in charge and no piece of information regarding your privacy will NOT be given to third party under any circumstances. We do not sell or rent personal information about our customers (the users of the App) to any third parties at this time and in any form.

Our services are not directed to children, and you may not use our services, if you are under the age of 13. You must also be old enough to consent to the processing of your personal data in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).

As mentioned earlier in this document, we do not collect any personal information from you. However, for the analysis of the App's performance, we have integrated certain analytics SDK in our app. Based on statistical data collected by the said SDK anonymously, we see your use of the App's various features and functionality points. This data helps us to improve and update the App for better usability. Moreover, we use third-party advertising companies to serve ads and the third-party advertising companies may use non-personally identifiable information about a user’s visits to the App in order to provide advertisements about apps, goods & services that may be of interest to users. Therefore, we suggest you to exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information or any of its components.
